Sidra Qasim is the co-founder and CEO of Atoms, the New York–based footwear brand that has sold more than one million products worldwide. Originally from Pakistan, she began with Markhor, a handcrafted shoe brand that became the first Pakistani startup accepted into Y Combinator. After moving to the U.S., she co-founded Atoms and raised more than $17 million from leading Silicon Valley investors, including Initialized Capital, Kleiner Perkins and Serena Ventures. Her work has been featured by Humans of New York, Entrepreneur and Vogue. She draws on her experience in global supply chains, product design and scaling a venture-backed company to advise high-growth startups and widen economic opportunity across borders.
