Amir Memon

Amir Memon is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at OneWell - a growing Outsourced-CIO firm, serving values-aligned Family Office and Institutional Clients. He brings extensive investment expertise, including his role as Investment Director at Princeton University Investment Company (PRINCO), where he has helped steward the University’s $36 billion endowment and reshaped their PE/VC program. Previously, Amir spent 15 years at Advent International. During his time at Advent, he led 7 investments deploying $3B+ of equity capital and served on the boards of NielsenIQ (NYSE:NIQ), Culligan, Encora, amongst others. He began his career at McKinsey & Company. He holds a BA/BSc (magna cum laude) and an MBA/MA with Distinction from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School. Amir is actively involved and on the Boards of several community mosques in New Jersey. When not working, Amir loves running after his 4 kids.
