Injil Muhammad is a first-year MBA student at HBS and the co-founder and CEO of Buddle, a platform using AI to help businesses retain their junior talent. Buddle empowers young professionals to cultivate essential soft skills, bridging the gap between academic preparation and career success.

Before founding Buddle, Injil honed his analytical expertise at Goldman Sachs, where he worked in the Investment Management Division trading Mortgage-Backed Securities. He graduated cum laude from Harvard College with a degree in Applied Mathematics and has long been passionate about helping others unlock their full potential in academic and professional pursuits.
