Osman Ashai currently serves as Senior Advisor at Forgent Power Solutions (NYSE: FPS), where he was the cofounder and Chief Strategy Officer. Forgent is a leading manufacturer of power distribution products serving the data center market. Osman is a multi-functional operator with a track record of scaling businesses across multiple stages of growth. Previously, as CEO, Osman scaled his family’s business from under $2M to over $250M+ in revenue, leading it through family succession, private equity-backed growth, the formation of the Forgent platform, and ultimately an IPO on the NYSE. Today, Osman focuses his time on investing, advising entrepreneurs, and supporting institutions across the American-Muslim community. He is a graduate of Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
