Omer Gajial serves as the Chief Executive Officer of GoTo Foods, the parent company of Auntie Anne’s®, Carvel®, Cinnabon®, Jamba®, Moe’s Southwest Grill®, McAlister’s Deli® and Schlotzsky’s Deli®. Under his forward-thinking leadership, GoTo Foods is advancing development, championing innovation, improving operational excellence, and evolving its iconic portfolio to meet the demands of today’s marketplace. GoTo Foods is a global franchisor and operator of more than 7,300 locations, with operations in 70 countries.
Omer has extensive experience across retail, e-commerce, and consumer-facing businesses, with leadership roles spanning GoTo Foods, Albertsons Companies, Amazon, and PepsiCo. He has deep expertise in digital transformation, merchandising, and omni-channel strategy, including leading large-scale digital and retail media initiatives.
Most recently, Omer served as Chief Merchandising and Digital Officer with Albertsons, where he led transformative initiatives in merchandising, digital, marketing, loyalty and retail media. Omer’s career also includes leadership roles at Amazon, where he managed category development and marketplace operations for North America, and time with PepsiCo, where he directed global strategy, marketing and category management for major markets including the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and North America.
Omer earned an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and an undergraduate degree from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST).
